Lovely soft fluffy towels

I came across the brand while searching for a nice gift to celebrate my cotton anniversary. I read some reviews online and they were all great. I really liked the designs they offer and the personalisation options. I engaged with support to ask a couple of questions and they were very attentive and responded so quickly, I was genuinely impressed that I was sold on buying from them. I made my purchase online without any troubles and had my order delivered 2-3 days later, which I thought was very fast. I was so surprised that I recevied a lovely handwritten note regarding my anniversary which I really appreciated. The products are extremely nice quality and delivered exactly what I was looking for: a luxury hotel experience every night! I didn't know I needed this level of quality in my bed but it has been incredible that I might order more of their products. I would recommend 10/10

ur experience with London & Avalon has been outstanding. Their team, and Charlotte in particular, couldn't have been more attentive. Our order arrived on time and in perfect condition. Their sheets and towels are of exceptional quality, and they pay great attention to detail, with beautifully executed, elegant embroidery throughout. We look forward to working with you again on future projects. Thank you for everything! EMCI Team.
