General Orders (Not including Monogramming or Bedding) - (Delivery Info)

A General Order refers to any orders that do not include any items that are to be monogrammed or include any bedding (Pillows & Duvets) which have a longer lead time. If your order does not include any bedding or monogramming then your order is a General order.

Although the majority of orders are delivered next day worldwide (subject to stock availability) for imperative next day deliveries, please contact us directly on sleepconcierge@londonandavalon.co.uk

Tracking information will be sent via email and SMS if provided at checkout.

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control, but we will always do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay!

 

UK Tracked Delivery (2-4 Days) - FREE over £200

  • FREE UK delivery over £200
  • DPD - timed delivery slots.
  • Orders will be delivered Monday–Friday (excluding bank and public holidays)
  • 2-4 working days for Bed Linen and Bath Linen.
  • 5-10 working days for orders containing Bedding and/or Personalised orders.

 

European Tracked Delivery (2-7 Days)

  • Shipping calculated at Checkout.
  • Choice of Economy/Express service.
  • DHL Express Go Green - 100% Carbon Neutral Delivery
  • Import Duties & VAT/Tax to be paid by customer - notification will be sent direct to customer's email via DHL Express
  • No UK VAT will be charged on orders delivered outside of the UK
  • Orders will be delivered Monday–Friday (excluding bank and public holidays)
  • 2-4 working days for Bed Linen and Bath Linen.
  • 5-10 working days for orders containing Bedding and/or Personalised orders.

     

     USA Tracked Delivery (2-7 Days)

    • Shipping calculated at Checkout
    • Choice of Economy/Express service.
    • DHL Express Go Green - 100% Carbon Neutral Delivery
    • Import Duties & VAT/Tax to be paid by customer - notification will be sent direct to customer's email via DHL Express
    • No UK VAT will be charged on orders delivered outside of the UK
    • Orders will be delivered Monday–Friday (excluding bank and public holidays)

     Rest of the World Tracked Delivery (2-7 Days)

    Monogrammed or Bedding (Pillows & Duvet) Orders - (Delivery Info)

    Please be advised that there is a longer lead time applied for orders that include either Monogrammed or Bedding items.

    For Monogrammed items, please expect a longer processing time whilst we personalise your item/s.

    We aim to process and deliver your items within 5-10 working days. If you require a fast turnaround, please contact us directly at sleepconcierge@londonandavalon.co.uk.

    For Bedding orders, please expect a longer processing time whilst we make your products to order. We manufacture our Bedding in the United Kingdom and believe in a special and sustainable service of making products for our customers, knowing that your products are freshly made for you. We aim to process such Bedding orders in 5-10 working days. However, we often turn these around much quicker and do let us know if you require these as an urgent order by emailing us directly at sleepconcierge@londonandavalon.co.uk.

     

    Fully Bespoke Orders (Unique Trim colours, Sizes etc...)

    For such orders, please contact our Head of Sales at jo@londonandavalon.co.uk for placing your order and for clarity of lead time.

     

    RETURNS

    Non-Bespoke Items (Returns Info)

    We hope that you will love all of your purchases from London & Avalon. However, should you need to return any items for any reason (Excluding Bespoke & Personalised Items) we will be delighted to help you provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging.

    Simply keep your proof of purchase and contact us within 30 days, in line with your consumer rights. 

    Please use the Returns Portal or contact us at sleepconcierge@londonandavalon.co.uk or call us on +44 1635 200800 - Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm. Ensuring to quote your name, contact information and order number.

    Once we are aware of your return, please place your items in safe and secure packaging and post the parcel to the below address. As soon as the items are received and checked, you will be notified of your refund and payment will be credited back to your original payment method.

    Bespoke & Personalisation Items (Returns Info)

    Due to the nature of our Bespoke & Personalised items (Including Monogramming) these do not fall under our Standard Returns Process. However, if for any reason there is a quality issue, please contact us at sleepconcierge@londonandavalon.co.uk and we will gladly assist you.
