Which size do I need if my mattress is American?
UK and US bed names do not match. A US Queen mattress takes our Double or King cover depending on the drop you like; a US King takes our Super King.

No. Orders to the United States and Europe ship on a delivered-duty-paid basis: the import duty and local tax are calculated and paid by us before the parcel leaves.

Bed linen, bath linen and accessories typically take 2–4 working days in the UK and 4–7 in the US/EU. Monogrammed items add 5–10 working days. Filled bedding takes 10–15 working days. Made-to-order linen takes 6–8 weeks.

Send it back within 30 days, unwashed and in its packaging, and we pay the return postage in the UK, EU and US. Made-to-order linen, filled bedding and monogrammed pieces are exempt.

Pima sateen sleeps warmer than percale but breathes far better than a synthetic blend. If you sleep hot, the cool and crisp percale in our Island Collection is the better choice — or order free swatches and feel both before deciding.

Yes. Six trims are stocked for immediate despatch, 35 are available to order, and we will match a grosgrain to any swatch, paint reference or fabric you send us.
